A new sanatorium, pastoral care centre and uniform shop
Sick bay and pastoral care facilities have been moved from pillar to post over the years as the needs of the school have changed. A new building, that stretches along the driveway towards the school exit in Burn Street, and which is vaguely reminiscent of the first, stable-like buildings bought with the Waverley property in the 1930s, puts an end to this nomad-type existence. The new centre is big enough to house a school clothes shop called the Clothes Cupboard.
