A beautiful mosaic is installed on the outside east wall at the entrance to The Edge. It is designed by Sue Heydenrych (HoD: Art) in collaboration with the 2018 Form IV Visual Arts girls, and executed by Old Girl, Lindsay Gaydon (1985).

The mosaic depicts the activities that take place in The Edge like art, music, drama and dance, and the school’s sporting, cultural and spiritual life. Pathways and streams of life lead the eye to the focal point: the son, the source of all life, and the cross. Small details like the koi fish are included, and Lindsay Gaydon added some personal touches like the 3D rose, frogs and lily pads.
