Allan Gray Fellowship

Katleho Matumane, class of 2018, has been awarded a prestigious Allan Gray Fellowship. She achieved six distinctions in her final matriculation examinations (English, Afrikaans, Life Orientation, Mathematics, History and Drama). Her overall average was 85%.
The Fellowship covers full tuition, books, residence and a living allowance for an undergraduate degree at a South African university. Katleho is planning to go to the University of Witwatersrand to study Chemical Engineering.
This is the eighth consecutive year in which a pupil from St Mary’s has been awarded the Allan Gray Fellowship.
