The AISJ tournament provided a great weekend of basketball! In the final match, the 1st team lost 21-20 to Michael Mount. The previous day, the same team beat St Mary’s 18-15 in the group stages. The St Mary’s 1st team has never made it this far before. Their previous best result was fourth position in 2016.

The U16 team took home a bronze medal after they fi nished third in their age group. This group of young girls were playing in their first basketball tournament but it did not take them long to settle in and succeeded.
