Over the past few weeks both the prepared and impromptu public speaking teams participated in the annual inter-schools public speaking competition held by the Speech and Drama College of South Africa. All our teams, from Form I to matric, achieved excellent results and, as a whole, St Mary’s received eight A+ and four A symbols. St Mary’s was the overall runner-up in the competition.
