Dr Warner and I enjoy a shared double session with the Grade 0s on Fridays. Reading aloud to them is a highlight of the week, and watching them absorb information and explore the shelves is always intriguing. Some, stubbornly, have very specific requests, others are open to recommendations, and many have picked favourites from my own childhood.
