Not even the rain could stop the Junior School from celebrating Valentine’s Day. The girls paid R5.00 to come to school dressed in red, white and pink. We raised R2417.00, which will be used for the SPCA (Benoni) and Teddy Bear clinic. The girls also brought chocolates to school, which the Grade 7s took to Waverley Gardens to bring Valentine’s cheer to the residents.

The Grade 3 girls had fun preparing for their Valentine’s Day assembly on 14 February. They told us many interesting facts about the heart and reminded us all of the importance of showing love towards others.
