A Stitch in Time

When Mila, who loves reading, meets Charlie, who doesn’t, an exciting journey of discovery ensues. With perseverance, courage and the help of the teaching nuns of the early St Mary’s days, Charlie’s eyes are opened to the wonders of reading.
A Stitch in Time, written by Stephen van Niekerk, was a musical adventure filled with quirky characters, energetic choreography and toe-tapping tunes that had the audience clapping and cheering in their seats.
Congratulations to the girls from Grade 1 to 7 for a spectacular show at the end of last term. The many hours of music, drama and dance rehearsals culminated in a wonderful set of performances. The best part of all the behind-the-scenes work was seeing the smiles on the girls’ faces while they were on stage. Well done to all involved!
