This week, we had the pleasure of hosting our annual special persons visit. Each class had a morning to invite a special guest to join them at school. Together, the children and their special person engaged in activities such as painting, drawing, messy play and planting a beautiful flower. After the activity, we made our way down to the outside auditorium, with a picnic basket and our favourite book. There, we had a chance to read a book and relax on the grass while enjoying our picnic and tea in the sunshine. The children thoroughly enjoyed having some quality time with their special person be it a nanny, grandmother, grandfather, uncle, aunt, cousin, mom or dad.
