LEADERSHIP

Making the Most of Me

The M3 leadership programme aims to empower each girl to develop her innate leadership potential.

Our aim for each individual during her Grade 7 year is to:
  • show responsibility for herself and others
  • become fully involved in community projects where she is able to share her gifts and talents in the broader community
  • show commitment and loyalty to school activities
  • be the epitome of a St Mary’s girl

What is M3 all about?

The programme encompasses principles of being proactive, beginning with the end in mind and putting first things first, thereby introducing the girls to Sean Covey’s book The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens. An important aspect of the programme is community service. Girls are encouraged to become involved in school projects as well as to initiate their own.
