Aerobics

Aerobics provides a great workout at either a high or low intensity level. The easy to learn Martial Arts techniques create a great upper and lower body workout (Katabox). In addition to these techniques, flexibility training stretches and relaxes the body and mind. Aerobics methods are designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body. Classes incorporate core strength with all round toning.
