Please note:

1. All fees and disbursements are payable in advance, by no later than the first day of each term.
2. Interest on all overdue accounts will be charged monthly on the daily balance at the rate of 2% per month from the first day of the relevant term.
3. One full term’s notice, in writing, is required before withdrawing a pupil from the school.
4. A 5% discount on tuition fees is given if fees for the full year are paid in the first week of the first term.
5. On acceptance of a place in the school, a deposit as per the schedule is required.
6. A 10% discount will be granted on the fees of the third and subsequent pupils at St Mary’s.  The discount is allowed on fees only and will be deducted from the youngest pupil’s account.
7. Please budget for up to R400 per month additional costs and disbursements. 

DEPOSITS 2010

On acceptance of a place in the school, a deposit is required.  You have a choice of:

i) having the deposit refunded without interest, less any amounts owing, when your daughter leaves the school, OR

ii) you may donate the deposit to the school.  A Tax receipt will be issued to you at the end of the tax year, allowing the amount to be deducted from your taxable income. The deduction could be as much as 40% of the donation.   Please note that once a donation has been made to the school, it cannot be refunded.

Current parents may, if they wish, convert their deposit to a donation.
