The girls are encouraged to do one sport and one cultural extra-mural a term. If they wish to try out for any of the teams there are trials held. These trials are held in the morning physical education lessons or in the afternoon sessions held at the start of the term. There is movement between the team and non-team girls.
There are separate extra-mural timetables for the junior and senior girls The girls are issued with these timetables at the end of every term. There are two sessions. The first is from 13h45 – 14h45 and is generally sport. The second session is from 14h45 – 15h15 and this is generally the time for cultural activities.

ROWING POLICY
Pupils may only participate in Rowing if it does not interfere with her selection into the School’s swimming and tennis teams. Pupils may start rowing in the 3rd Term of Grade 7.
