Message from the head of school, Deanne King

30 December 2016

To the class of 2016

I congratulate each one of you on your examination results. They are a worthy achievement to end your senior school career. You have all shown real determination and perseverance in your studies over the past five years and the results display your individual development and progress as scholars.

This year’s results show the range, abilities and talents of your remarkable group. Your class has achieved a 100% Bachelor Degree Pass which is an indication of the work ethic and endeavour that is so much a part of our school’s tradition. St Mary’s subject averages attest to, not only the excellence of your group but also the depth of ability within your class. The school celebrates your 351 distinctions.

I commend each one of you for your involvement in our school’s co-curricular programme, for your leadership and for upholding our school’s values. You are fine young women who have the potential to make our world a better place. Go well in the knowledge that you remain a member of our community of women.

God bless you.

Deanne King
