Please note:
- All fees, additional costs and disbursements are payable in advance: in the case of termly fees by no later than the first day of each term; in the case of annual fee, by no later than the last day of the first week of the first term. Other charges are payable within three weeks of the rendering of an account.
- Interest on all overdue accounts will be charged monthly on any outstanding balance at the rate of 2% per month from the due date for payment.
- One full term’s notice, in writing, is required before withdrawing a pupil from the school.
- An Advance payment in an amount determined by the School from time to time will be required to be paid prior to the admission of new pupils as a condition of admission.
- A 10% discount will be granted on the fees of the third and subsequent pupils at St Mary’s. The discount is allowed on fees only and will be deducted from the youngest pupil’s account.
- Please budget for up to R1500 per term for additional costs and disbursements.
