The Board has set the retention of good staff as a priority. To this end, Staff Development is essential as this allows staff members to upgrade their skills, benefit from personal development and translate this knowledge into improved teaching.
Staff members are encouraged to attend courses and conferences both locally and internationally. Many staff members have visited Australia, England, India, Canada and China to name only a few of the variety of destinations experienced within the past year.
